1. Creation time: Orders are estimated to take approximately 1–2 weeks to complete. Please note that larger orders may take a bit longer.
2. Shipping: Shipping is currently available within the United States only. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. The customer is responsible for shipping costs ($6–$8 depending on the size of the item). Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after the order has been dropped off at the post office. Please note that any delays or issues during shipping are beyond Rayful Creations’ control.
3. Handmade variations: Each item is handmade, so slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur. That’s part of the beauty of handmade! Your plushie will be made just for you, making it truly one of a kind.
4. Care instructions: Hand wash and air dry only. While the yarn itself may be machine washable, washing machines can damage crochet plushies and are not recommended.
5. Safety Note: This item contains small parts (safety eyes) and is not recommended for children under 3 years old, pets, or unsupervised play.
6. Refunds and cancellations: Because items are made to order, a partial refund may be possible depending on the stage of your order. If materials have already been purchased, their cost will be deducted from the refund. If work on the item has begun, there are no refunds. All custom orders are final and cannot be returned.
