Thank you for supporting Rayful Creations where each item is designed and created with care. The below information details our refund and return policy. Please read before placing an order and reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

Digital Products

We do not offer refunds or cancellations on digital products (crochet patterns).

Crocheted Items (Physical Products)

• Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before materials are purchased.
• If materials have already been purchased or the project has been started, a partial refund may be issued. If a refund is a possible, the amount will be determined based on materials purchased and the percentage of the project completed.
• Once the project is completed, refunds are not accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Handmade Variations

All items are handmade, so slight variations in color, shape, and size may occur. These are not considered defects.

Shipping

Rayful Creations is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages that occur during shipping once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
